Problem:
This issue was reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in
Domino for AS/400 release 5.0.5.

This issue appears to be similar to that described in the document titled
"Domino for AS/400 4.6.6c: LEIACT Fails when Called from Command Line" (#:
179644 ); however, the issue here is not resolved by removing and re-applying
the LEI QMU.
